Key Accountability Areas

Job purpose: Streamlining manufacturing for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality assurance. Develop and enhance processes and systems aimed at improving departmental performance, reducing manufacturing costs, promoting sustainability, and implementing industry best practices.

Production Development & Improvement

• Develop and maintain process routing, factory layouts, and workstation designs.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes and work methods.
• Prepare Machine Specification and Requirement (MSP) reports; evaluate suppliers and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate machine installation and ensure complete handover to production.
• Establish and maintain Work Instructions for production teams.
• Identify required tools, fixtures, and define process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
