Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize processes for new packaging technology of SAW products
- Design statistical experiments and analyze results to optimize packaging architecture and/or process conditions
- Define package requirements for new technology and customer requirements
- Drive new technology transfer between development and production lines
- Develop recommendations according to the nature of the new package technology, process, materials and tools/machine qualification and characterization
- Support Process Engineering to improve process quality and yield of technologies released to manufacturing
- Responsibilities may include documentation management and an understanding of good manufacturing practices (GMPs)
- Degree in engineering or its equivalent with minimum 2–3 years work experience
