Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design and engineering of equipment, with a strong focus on food processing, aseptic and hot‑fill technologies, filling systems, and related process equipment.
- Participate in the design and development of complete aseptic and hot‑fill production systems, including filling equipment, CIP/SIP systems, and product handling solutions.
- Expand beyond component‑level design to drive system‑level engineering, integration, and optimization.
- Develop process concepts, P&IDs, equipment layouts, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Apply expertise in aseptic processing, sterilization technologies, fluid dynamics, and hygienic design principles.
- Resolve complex engineering challenges related to food safety, process performance, validation, and operational efficiency.
