- Managing IT assets: utilizing CMDB tools efficiently.
- Understanding IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions within the Public Cloud, Workplace and Service Desk services.
- Experience in Incident Management, Request Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Config Management and Knowledge Management.
- Proficiency in managing ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, is a key requirement of the position.
- Creating reports within ServiceNow is part of the responsibilities.
- Mastery of ITIL processes—including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management—is imperative.
- English proficiency level of C1.
