Job Overview

Implement programs to support environmental compliance, process control, and health and safety requirements for water and wastewater treatment processes within the region. This role allows you to make a positive impact on communities across Ontario by ensuring treated water is safe for lakes and rivers.

Responsibilities

• Run and supervise water and wastewater treatment operations.• Conduct internal audits and inspections, respond to findings, and recommend corrective actions.• Perform process control adjustments and resolve operational issues.• Monitor compliance with legal requirements and corporate goals, analyze data, and evaluate water/wastewater quality status.• Provide technical compliance advice to internal and external contacts and facilitate training to operations staff.• Prepare written technical letters, reports, procedures, and documentation with photos, charts, and graphs.• Maintain and update operating programs, systems, and da...
