**THE ROLE**
Ensures optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire/life safety and elevators through a staff of employees in the maintenance and process set up. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems. Evaluates and recommends equipment improvement to improve availability, capability and yield.
