Responsibilities
- Act in executing the Central’s strategy together with affiliated Cooperatives.
- Work on improvements to technology processes.
- Identify, prioritise and support the implementation of automation initiatives, integrations (APIs) and solutions using Artificial Intelligence.
- Map, analyse and evolve processes with a focus on efficiency, risk reduction and improved experience.
- Assess opportunity gains (time, cost, quality and risk) in proposed solutions.
- Support or lead technology implementation initiatives together with Cooperatives and involved areas.
- Monitor the results of initiatives through indicators and performance metrics.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with architecture, technical standards and system guidelines.
- Act as a bridge between the Central office, Cooperatives and systems areas, facilitating decisions and alignments.
