Responsibilities:
. Drive process improvement across Technology Delivery, critically evaluate current Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies spanning Agile, traditional Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce administrative overhead.
. Conduct rigorous assessments of end-to-end technology delivery lifecycles, from architecture and requirements gathering through to CI/CD, testing, and release management.
. Implement structural changes to streamline delivery workflows and reduce overall time-to-market.
. Design and manage a comprehensive stakeholder feedback ecosystem.
. Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (e.g. complex arrays, dynamic data modelling, and pivot tables) to quantify qualitative feedback, track operational metrics, and pinpoint root-cause friction within delivery pipelines.
