**What You Will Do:**
+ Increase service revenue by identifying and converting new opportunities for ProCare service contracts, spare parts, preventative maintenance and extended warranty packages.
+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.
+ Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Technical Service, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver the best customer solutions.
+ Manage the full sales process, from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
+ Promote service upgrades and preventive maintenance programs to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.
+ Ensure proposal accuracy and participate in tender processes while maintaining compliance with Procare policies and pricing structures.
