Job DescriptionMain Objective: Responsible for leadership, development, and implementation of the problem‐solving program at Toluca Plant, 8D's assessment, and Lessons Learned.What challenges will you have?
Drive problem‐solving maturity in Toluca Plant through cross‐functional team training to resolve technical issues at three escalation levels (routine, customer‐impacting, chronic).
Define, execute, and monitor the problem‐solving strategy at Toluca Plant through structured documentation, Problem Solving Championship, and monthly progress reports and KPIs presented to management.Build and sustain a problem‐solving community at Toluca Plant by developing technical and soft skills in employees, assigning challenges across the three defined levels, and promoting constant communication.Design and deliver problem‐solving trainings (3 levels) that prepare teams to pass the VDA 8D Assessment, systematically incorporating lessons learned.QualificationsFrom 5 to 7 years of experien...
