SD Solutions is seeking a Call Scheduler in Medellín, Colombia to engage with existing customers by proactively making outbound follow-up calls. The primary aim is to build relationships and offer training sessions to maximize the Connecteam platform's value.
The ideal candidate will have flawless spoken English and be highly disciplined in handling daily tasks while collaborating closely with the Customer Success team. Working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time.
