This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting marketing and engagement activities across Malaysia.
- Actively solicit sales activities from distribution partners and drive product take-up rates.
- Ensure efficient and effective end-to-end sales and customer servicing activities, including post-sales services.
- Coordinate and support sales, service, client events, and marketing activities, together with our distribution partners.
