Private Equity Manager

We are seeking a Private Equity Fund Accounting Manager to lead the Private Equity team at HedgeServ. The role involves overseeing fund accounting operations, client relationships, and team development within a technology‑enabled, client‑focused environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Day‑to‑day management of the Private Equity team
• Capital Call and Distribution processing
• Investor Allocations and waterfall creation and maintenance
• Performance reporting, including IRRs
• Preparation of net asset value calculations and financial statements
• Ad hoc client and investor reporting
• Managing client relationships and coordinating with the Private Equity Director to ensure consistent service
• Ensuring the accounting team operates within a clearly defined control environment
