Private Equity Fund Accounting Role at MUFG

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will manage comprehensive fund accounting services for private equity clients. Your duties will include preparing capital calls, ensuring accurate fee schedules, and communicating effectively with clients and internal teams. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the financial integrity of client assets and compliance with established regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer comprehensive fund accounting services to clients
• Ensure accurate pricing of all portfolio holdings
• Calculate and manage capital calls and distributions
• Prepare investor allocations for NAV cycles
• Develop NAV packages and address other service requests
Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or professional designation (ACCA, CPA, ...
