We are seeking an experienced professional to join HSBC as a Private Equity Associate. In this role, you will support the management and monitoring of private equity funds.
Responsibilities
- Receive subscription orders related to private equity funds.
- Monitor private equity fund activities and manage notifications from different fund administrators.
- Process time‑sensitive capital calls, ensuring controls mitigate risks of missed calls, coordinating with relevant teams.
- Process incoming distributions; liaise with fund administrators to allocate distributions appropriately.
- Timely valuations of private equity funds using complex calculations; update net asset values; reflect accurate AUMs.
- Investigate and resolve pending investment issues with fund administrators.
- Ensure book details (initial commitment, remaining commitment, remaining cost) align with fund administrators.
