Accountabilities

• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Manage, transition, maintain Private Cloud and vary HCI solutions on prem and in the public cloud (like Dell VxRail, Dell Powerflex, Nutanix, GCVE), vSphere Virtualization, vRealize Suite management components, GCVE based IaaS and cloud/on-prem backup solutions.
• Adverse in providing Level 3 support & vendor escalations for transitioned services.
• You excel in the development of technical documentation of configuration and operational procedures for service operations teams (build & runbooks) & technical specifications.
• Contribute to implementation planning.
