In this role you will lead dormakaba's global privacy and digital governance framework, aligning regulatory requirements with responsible innovation. You will shape enterprise-wide privacy and digital compliance strategy, guide AI governance, and provide cross-functional advisory to enable compliant, ethical product and technology initiatives. You will develop policies, tools, and training while overseeing regulatory readiness and DPO responsibilities where needed. This is a strategic, global leadership position focused on accountability, transparency, and risk-aware innovation.
