Key skills include troubleshooting, advanced software knowledge, and electro-mechanical aptitude, along with strong customer service abilities. You'll work independently and within a team, providing essential repair and support for printer devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively monitor client network devices for performance
• Troubleshoot and repair Canon, HP, Lexmark, and Xerox printers
• Train end users on hardware functionalities
• Set-up and install new printer hardware as needed
• Maintain communication with clients for service updates
