Responsibilities
- Lead Manufacturing & Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and decrease downtime. Plan, coordinate, and execute process upgrades and enhancements.
- Change Control: Execute appropriate change control documentation to assure the manufacturing process and/or system are in a state of control and compliance.
- Projects: Lead and gather requirements, create technical specifications, and design and develop complex manufacturing projects. Manage and engage with R&D, sister site, and vendor development teams.
- Production Monitoring: Oversee daily operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations are met.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Troubleshoot equipment, jigs, and fixture issues and coordinate preventive maintenance or repairs.
