Overview
Reporting to the Superintendent Priority Support & Training, you will lead a team of engineers to manage the infrastructure, maximize service availability and prevent the occurrence of incidents, always putting safety and security first.
In this role, you will:
- Drive your team to reliably deliver team results and meet KPIs
- Generate a team culture of continuous improvement and leading change
- Lead the resolution of complex technical issues related to OT WTS services. Implement robust problem-solving methodologies to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Regularly visit operation sites to collaborate with clients and ensure efficient, compliant, and safe mining operations.
