Principal Wireless Network Support Engineer

Link-Worldwide in Mexico City is looking for a Principal Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to Ruckus Premium accounts. In this role, you will engage with customers to troubleshoot issues and replicate problems in a lab setting.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science and over 8 years of experience in the wireless networking field, particularly with 802.11 protocols.
