Must-have Skills
- 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 3+ years in cross-functional product roles (PM, Product Designer, Design Lead)
- Proven stakeholder management skills — comfortable interviewing executives, facilitating workshops, and managing conflicting priorities
- Requirements gathering expertise — skilled at asking the right questions, identifying gaps, and translating ambiguous needs into clear specifications
- Technical fluency — can discuss API design, data models, system architecture, and technical tradeoffs with engineering teams
