About the Role
As a Principal Test Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the evaluation, development, and deployment of advanced semiconductor test technologies across Nexperia's global manufacturing network. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert, leading strategic R&D initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies, and introducing innovative test solutions that enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and long‑term competitiveness. Working closely with global engineering teams, manufacturing sites, suppliers, and technology partners, you will influence Nexperia's test technology roadmap while supporting the successful implementation of next‑generation semiconductor test capabilities across multiple manufacturing locations.
