Principal Technical Services Engineer- Ammonia and Methanol

Direct responsibility for the delivery of projects that generate new products and/or processes which are of commercial value to JM, or responsible for the provision of support in key technology areas. Works independently and takes ownership within engineering programmes, leading on specific issues and projects.

• Provide technical service to customers through direct customer support in standard and non-standard situations. This includes preparing catalysts and absorbents technical proposals, performance evaluations, troubleshooting, responding to customer inquiries, and providing onsite support to advise the customers during catalyst changeout, reductions, and start up.
• Build and maintain effective partnerships with customers in an ethical and safe manner
• Act as the voice of the customer to feed technical and market information back into the business to enable JM to enhance product offering
