The incumbent will manage the full-cycle hiring process in our Singapore factory, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source and screen qualified candidates, and guide them through interviews and salary negotiations. He/She will ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold compliance with labor and hiring laws.
Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Sourcing- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, networking events, and other sourcing platforms.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
