The Head of School will lead the development and deployment of staff, curriculum standards, teaching and learning, management, and efficiency, according to the following functions:

- Ensure the academic, personal, social, emotional, and physical welfare of all students.
- Ensure that all members of the school community are treated respectfully by everyone, demonstrating an appreciation and integration of different nationalities and cultures.
