Principal Software Engineer: Tech Leader & Delivery

Outcode Software is seeking a Principal Engineer to lead technical direction across projects, mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and partner with the Director of Engineering to promote best practices. You will own end-to-end delivery, engage with clients, drive Agile rituals, review pull requests, and contribute to strategy and internal tooling to raise engineering standards.

This role requires 8+ years of software engineering, strong leadership, and hands-on coding, with a passion for
