Principal Scientist, Process Safety

Job Summary

Principal Scientist in Process Safety (Scale Up) located at the Ridgefield, CT facility. Responsible for independently developing and executing plans to deliver APIs on time, and for coaching, mentoring, training and supervising junior staff and special projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute plans to complete assigned projects within timelines.
• Manage all aspects of laboratory and scale‑up operations, including recruiting, coaching, mentoring, training, and supervising junior scientific staff while ensuring cGMP compliance and adherence to BIPI policies, SOPs and safety regulations.
