Take charge as the Principal of Anspayaxw Academy, where your enthusiasm and compassion will elevate our school community. You’ll support students, teachers, and staff while ensuring educational excellence.
This leadership position reports to the Anspayaxw Education Society Board. We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) and BC Teacher Certification, who also has over three years of relevant educational experience, especially with Indigenous adults. Your expertise in funding proposals, team collaboration, and educational program management will be integral to your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a diverse team of educators
• Supervise and teach Grade 8-12 courses
• Facilitate funding and budget management processes
• Create and implement individualized learning plans
• Drive community engagement in education
