Principal Project/program Manager (Santiago)

Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate Lead Project Manager to drive central initiatives across our portfolio of software products and services for market infrastructure operations and new markets. You will lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technical systems and help discover new technologies within the FinTech industry.

• Lead cross‑functional teams globally, delivering solutions and services to market‑infrastructure operators and new markets.
• Manage the complete project lifecycle—planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
