What You'll Do
Act as a hands‐on, senior technical lead for large‐scale, multi‐functional product teams creating purpose‐built software products for our clients.
Lead an initial engagement discovery for a large‐scale or complex project and remain accountable and responsible for the design and delivery of a modern Platform Engineering solution.
Provide mentorship and coaching as People Manager for a team of 1 to 5 PE engineers.
Offer additional mentorship and coaching of engineers across PE and other capabilities in the location.
Serve as Subject Matter Expert via technical qualifications and architecture direction in sales pursuits.
Conduct technical interviews for PE recruiting.
Contribute to PE‐wide events and initiatives.
Help grow the culture of learning by presenting at technical conferences, community groups, writing blog articles, and contributing to partner‐coordinated workshops.
