Looking for HCM EBS & Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant
Experience: 8- 15 years

Mandatory (Must-Have)
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Oracle HCM solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS and Oracle Fusion HCM , with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations .
- Deep functional expertise in one or more of the following:
- Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Strong experience in data migration and loading tools including:
- APIs, Payroll Batch Loader, HR Data Loader (HDL), interfaces, extracts, web services, and spreadsheet loaders.
