This is an opportunity to join BHP’s Group Operational Performance Team and help drive transformational impact across our global mining operations. In this role, you will accelerate high-impact performance improvements by identifying and replicating technical best practices, with a strong focus on addressing operational bottlenecks. You will play a key role in delivering targeted analysis and on-the-ground observations to support benchmark performance through the most critical points in the value chain. This includes integrating people, equipment, systems, and processes to unlock full operational potential.
