Principal Officer

As the designated Principal Officer and Launch Director you will be responsible for the overall activities of the FME, including but not limited to fund management, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Location: GIFT City.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all FME activities comply with IFSCA regulations, circulars, and guidelines as issued from time to time.
• Monitoring regulatory compliance on an ongoing basis and taking immediate remedial action in the event of any breach, reporting such instances to IFSCA without delay.
• Ensuring the FME and the Fund at all times comply with AML/CFT, fit-and-proper, and information-reporting obligations.
• Acting as the primary liaison with IFSCA, custodians, fund administrators, auditors, legal counsel, and other service providers engaged by the FME.
