Principal Mechanical Engineer - Asset Integrity & Strategy

Mercury NZ Limited in Rotorua is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to provide technical leadership across our generation portfolio. The role leads the mechanical engineering discipline, governance and asset integrity, mentoring engineers and guiding risk-based decision making.

You’ll work with site, operations, asset management and external partners to shape standards, outage planning and root-cause investigations while driving asset performance and practical problem solving.
