About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and highly experienced Cost Estimating & Control Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bring specialised knowledge and support project teams in delivering successful and value‑accretive projects. This role involves updating and supporting BHP’s approach to cost estimating and controls, and developing the necessary frameworks, strategies, and processes to ensure the business meets these standards. The Cost Estimating and Control SME will be responsible for disseminating this approach across various regions, establishing support and governance structures as needed.
