About the role

Key responsibilities
- Set and maintain Hiscox enterprise architecture approach and strategy, creating actionable plans and guiding projects to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Specify technical standards and patterns for a secure, scalable governance and operating model.
- Select technologies within a layered domain architecture to meet IT and business requirements.
- Design standards, frameworks, and processes to support enterprise projects.
