Job Description Hiring a skilled Network Engineer to join our Radio Technology team, driving the design, deployment, and evolution of next-generation mobile networks. This role combines deep technical expertise in 4G/5G RAN, hands-on rollout experience, and a forward-looking mindset toward AI-driven and Open RAN network transformation. - Act as a domain expert in RAN design and optimization, focusing on 5G architecture, parameter planning, and network tuning.
- Collaborate closely with Antina site rollout, integration, and field validation of mobile base stations.
- Familiar with both indoor and outdoor 4G/5G base stations deployment and integration of both indoor and outdoor.
