Job SummaryThe Principal Engineer (RF/Radiofrequency) will serve as a senior technical authority responsible for radio product and test engineering, and continuous improvement across the full product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction to high-volume manufacturing.The role provides expert-level RF technical support, leads complex failure analysis, and defines advanced RF test methodologies to ensure robust product performance, test yield, and production efficiency.It requires close collaboration with R&D, NPI/TPI teams, manufacturing sites, and repair centers.Job ResponsibilitiesAct as senior owner of radio product (LTE/NR); provide technical expertise across product and test engineering to global production sites (mainly Mexico, India, China), repair centers, and NPI/TPI programs.Continuously improve test time and yield.Optimize test solutions (HW & SW) for production, ensuring correctness, accuracy, and cost efficiency.Lead high‐complexity failure analysis for manufacturing an...
