Role Accountabilities
- Lead and oversee project delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved and aligned with regional expectations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Drive digital innovation, automation, and process improvements in project delivery
- Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to enhance capability, standards, and best practices
- Help build GEC capability and technical leadership in line with future Service & Client needs
- Engage with the senior leadership in the Region around technical matters
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
