As a Principal Engineer, Electrical Engineering at ASM, you will act as a technical lead for electrical systems within advanced semiconductor equipment. You will drive system-level design decisions, ensuring robust architecture, seamless integration, and high-performance delivery. By combining deep technical expertise with strong ownership, you will guide the development of complex systems from concept through production while influencing cross‑functional engineering outcomes.

What You Will Be Working On

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems and sub‑assemblies, setting technical direction and ensuring alignment with product architecture
• Lead fabrication and test of electrical test structures (ex. MOS capacitors, MIM capacitors, FETs) for semiconductor logic and memory applications
