The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team seeks a Principal Engagement Manager to lead delivery of large, complex Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs, orchestrating 50+ person teams of AWS builders, partners, and customers to deliver AI, data, and enterprise modernization outcomes for leading HCLS organizations.

Your objective is to deliver distinctive customer business outcomes and experience. In doing so, you will lead the implementation of AWS delivery innovations with customers, including redesigning software development processes to become AI-native end-to-end (AI-DLC).
