The Role
The role is responsible for the delivery of the full range of workplace relations functions and will play a lead role in providing expert workplace relations advice and support at all levels within the department and across its portfolio agencies.
Main accountabilities:
* Providing high-level guidance on complex issues, departmental strategy, and operational improvements.
* Managing projects, and mentoring staff.
* Contributing to the development and implementation of policies, including drafting departmental briefs and ministerial correspondence.
* Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
