Hiring: Principal Consultant – AI & Analytics (Telecom/ISP Domain) Aarvian is looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to lead AI and Analytics engagements for telecom and ISP operators across Africa and the Middle East. Location: Remote Travel: Up to 50% (Africa & Middle East) Key Requirements: - 12+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning - Strong Telecom/ISP domain experience with hands-on delivery of production ML models - Experience working with churn prediction, CLV/LTV, subscriber segmentation, ARPU uplift, and network analytics use cases - Deep understanding of telecom data including CDR/XDR, BSS/CRM, subscriber behavior, and network KPIs - Experience advising senior stakeholders and C-level executives on Data & AI strategy - Strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Databricks, MLOps, and production-grade ML systems - Experience with GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI, LangChain, or CrewAI is a plus Responsibilities: - Lead client engagements from discove...
