Hiring: Principal Consultant – AI & Analytics (Telecom/ISP Domain)
Aarvian is looking for an experienced Principal Consultant to lead AI and Analytics engagements for telecom and ISP operators across Africa and the Middle East.
Location: Remote
Travel: Up to 50% (Africa & Middle East)
Key Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning
• Strong Telecom/ISP domain experience with hands-on delivery of production ML models
• Experience working with churn prediction, CLV/LTV, subscriber segmentation, ARPU uplift, and network analytics use cases
• Deep understanding of telecom data including CDR/XDR, BSS/CRM, subscriber behavior, and network KPIs
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and C-level executives on Data & AI strategy
