Principal Commissioning -ECA (Montreal)

Responsibilities

• Participate in all project proposal development where commissioning is part of the scope of work to provide proposal write-up, manpower estimation, etc.
• Build relationships with clients across the ECA region, showcase commissioning capabilities and build a portfolio of work.
• Identify internal resources with good potential for commissioning responsibilities, ensure training and mentoring, and promote site experience to design engineers.
• Provide technical support and governance to projects across the ECA region to ensure commissioning is performed per Hatch standards.
• Manage workload and chargeability for Commissioning in the ECA region.
• Implement a proper HSE culture through all stages of commissioning execution, up to the handover of facilities.
• Lead the overall Commissioning Team in the ECA region, overseeing recruitment, mobilization, training, supervision and demobilization of personnel.
