Position Overview The Head of School provides educational leadership and oversees the daily operations of the school. This role works collaboratively with teachers, staff, and the Board of Directors to ensure a safe, well-organized, and high-quality learning environment. The position includes classroom teaching 3–4 days per week, supported by a full-time Education Assistant. Responsibilities include academic leadership, staff supervision, operational planning, and policy implementation.
