The Role
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Principal - Business Development is responsible for identifying and evaluating strategic investment opportunities, supporting CBH's investment portfolio, and driving business cases for new ventures and divestments. The role provides commercial and strategic advice to investment partners while helping deliver initiatives that support CBH's long-term growth and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Contribute to significant decisions with senior leaders and the Board on major projects, investments, and divestments.
Obtain and develop information and metrics that support commercial business recommendations for the CEO, CFO, GMs and the Board
Build and review comprehensive financial models and valuation frameworks, translating complex financial data into clear insights that inform key business and investment decisions.
