Takeda’s Innovation Capability Center (ICC) in Mexico City invites a Principal Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities of medium to high complexity, working closely with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams within the CAPTIVATE Planisware platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary functional interface between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring requests are clearly understood, properly scoped, and aligned with business objectives.
- Own the review of configuration issues and data model changes, assessing functional dependencies and identifying technical complexity before governance approval.
- Own the full closure sequence for all gated request types, including functional testing against delivery requirements, coordination of end‑user validation, formal sign‑off, and communication to the requestor.
