Principal Analog/RF Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create and develop high‑quality Analog/RF systems and sub‑systems using industry best practices for design, verification, and testing.
• Write verification plans and develop automated test benches.
• Create, document, and verify behavioral models of analog and analog‑mixed‑signal blocks (e.g., VerilogA/AMS, SystemVerilog‑RNM, Wreal) to ensure they are optimized and up‑to‑date.
• Design and verify Analog/RF blocks and sub‑blocks (e.g., Transmitter, PA, LNA, Filters, ADC, etc.) to at least 20 GHz using industry‑standard tools and design flows.
• Collaborate with IC Layout Design Engineers to optimize design and layout.
• Ensure designs follow industry best practices, including Design‑For‑Test (DFT), isolation, and power optimization.
• Host design and verification reviews.
